Do not count calories. Fix food quality and insulin, and intake takes care of itself.
What it rests onHe treats type 2 diabetes and abdominal obesity as carbohydrate intolerance driven by insulin resistance, so the lever is which foods raise insulin, not how much energy is eaten. Counting calories spends effort on the wrong variable, and quality-led eating is more sustainable than arithmetic.
